Two weeks. We map where work actually enters, stalls, and leaves. You get a written system diagram and a ranked list of failure points.

Build
Four to eight weeks. We build the AI and operational workflows that remove the top failures. Everything is documented as we go.

Transfer
Two weeks. Your team runs the system without us in the room. Handover includes runbooks, prompts, and a maintenance schedule.
